Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to digital subscription services provided by Favlista. As a consumer in the European Union, you have specific rights regarding the cancellation of contracts for digital services.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (the date you subscribed to our Pro plan). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

3. Digital Content and Services

Important notice regarding digital services: By subscribing to our Pro plan and agreeing to immediate access to the service, you acknowledge that: 1. You expressly consent to the immediate execution of the service 2. You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed 3. For ongoing subscriptions, the right of withdrawal applies only to the initial subscription period If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, please do not consent to immediate performance when subscribing.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Beyond the withdrawal period, you can cancel your subscription at any time: 1. Go to Settings > Billing in your Favlista account 2. Click "Cancel Subscription" 3. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period 4. No refunds will be provided for partial months After cancellation: - Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for - Your account then moves to the Free plan — nothing is deleted - Your page, collections, recommendations, custom links and saved styling remain published and editable - Free limits (3 collections, 20 recommendations per collection, 10 custom links) apply only to new additions beyond those allowances - You can re-subscribe at any time

5. Refunds

Refunds are provided in the following circumstances: - Within the 14-day withdrawal period (for EU consumers) - Technical issues that prevent you from using the service (verified by our support team) - Duplicate charges or billing errors Refunds are NOT provided for: - Change of mind after the withdrawal period - Failure to use the service - Dissatisfaction with features clearly described before purchase - Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
